BEGINNING POST-PREGNANCY WAIST TRAINING
You could start by wearing your waist trainer whilst around the house, out doing your daily routine, on walks just getting fresh air and also if and when you go back to work. All the while you will be rapidly losing your baby weight from a combination of thermal activity, compression and perspiration from your luxury waist trainer. Your body will receive all the support it needs including correcting your posture and strengthening your core and abs! Wear your waist trainer for up to 6-8 hours a day depending on what is a comfortable waist training time frame for you.

  • Eat a healthy diet.

DO NOT attempt to waist train during pregnancy. 

It is recommended to wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth before you start waist training, and at least 8 weeks if you have had a C-section.

Waist training must only be started once you have been advised by your doctor that you can return to exercise and normal activity.
